Michael Paddock is the founder and CEO of Grants Office and an award-winning grants columnist for HS Today magazine. In addition to his expertise in the area of funding, Mr. Paddock has managed Grants Office through its success in helping drive over $1.2 billion in funding for municipalities, public safety agencies, hospitals, university and K-12 educational institutions, and many non-profit human service organizations. He served from 1996-2001 on the US Interagency Electronic Grants Committee and co-founded the New York State E-grants project in 1999. His 2007 published article "Funding the First 72 Hours" is a reference in the National Blueprint for Secure Communities, a joint project of the National Council on Readiness and Preparedness and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Vice President of Finance
Sarah Paddock is the Vice President of Finance for Grants Office. Sarah also in her role here manages Human Resources, Benefits, and helps drive the business decisions of the organization. Sarah previously worked for XYZ company and has been a part of numerous community organizations. She takes a proactive role in all business communications and ensures that the company maintains a good brand standard and a high morale. Sarah was blessed with two children and a large family that she is very close to.
Helpdesk Administrator and Grant Retrieval Specialist
Alexandra Palmieri is a Helpdesk Administrator and Grant Retrieval Specialist. She provides Grants Office with the most up to date grant information on both a federal and state level while assisting clients by editing grants proposals and with any other needs that may arise. Before working at Grants Office, Alexandra worked for the New York State Literary Center as the executive assistant. She received her Bachelor's degree in English from St. John Fisher College and as an alumni continues to help students through various programs within the university.
Grant Development Consultant
Christopher Haight is a Grants Development Consultant specializing primarily in K-12 and higher education funding. In addition, he manages Grants Office's social media presence and monthly newsletter, FUNDED, develops grants marketing materials for clients, and provides analysis on the impact of political developments on grant funding. Christopher has previously worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (Washington, DC) and holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Lafayette College (Easton, PA) and a M.S. in Business Administration from the Simon Graduate School of Business (Rochester, NY).
Senior Grant Development Consultant
Chris is a Senior Grants Development Consultant for Grants Office, LLC, where he oversees the healthcare division. Grants Office provides innovative grants development services that enable corporations, municipalities and nonprofit organizations to maximize their grant initiatives. Chris provides grant research and consultation to a variety of healthcare organizations across the country. He has a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management with a Health Concentration from Cornell University and a Master's in Health Administration from Cornell University's Sloan Program. Chris previously worked as a legislative aide for the New York State Assembly Committee on Health. He has also served in a project management capacity, including the oversight of HIT implementations, for a variety of healthcare organizations ranging from healthcare clinics to major academic medical centers.
Manager of Grants Development and Administration
Dan comes from a health care background working with the Unity Health System for nearly a decade and has worked at Grants Office in Grants Development as an Administration for 3 years.
While with GD&A at Grants Office, Dan has personally managed the submission of over 200 proposals for funding and consulted on hundreds more on behalf of municipalities, public safety organizations, hospitals, schools and universities across the country. Dan's efforts have resulted in over $30 million in new funding for organizations nationwide. As manager of GD&A, Dan also manages the contracts for large municipal organizations, state-wide grant seeking programs, and multiple industry clients in support of public and private sector funding. Dan has spoken at conferences regarding appropriate funding for a variety of municipal and non-profit entities.
Helpdesk Administrator and Grant Retrieval Specialist
Jonathan Hika - IT/Web Development Manager
Jonathan Hika is currently the IT and Web Development Manager for Grants Office, LLC. At Grants Office, Jonathan is responsible for design, coding, and maintenance of all of the Grants Office's websites. Prior to Grants Office, Jonathan has worked with such companies as Energizer, Norwegian Cruiselines, Wegmans, Jet Blue, Sony, Toyota, Dunn Edwards, Xerox, and more. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University and hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jonathan has served our country in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard where he received numerous medals and accommodations for his performance.
Grants Development & Administration Coordinator
Susannah Mayhall currently holds the position of Grants Development & Administration Coordinator at Grants Office, LLC. In this capacity, she has written and edited numerous grant proposals, coordinated proposal development activities, compiled client-specific grants guides and solutions matrices, and assisted with various grants information special projects and training presentations. Prior to joining the Grants Office team in 2009, Susannah worked as a communications, marketing, and fundraising assistant for various nonprofit organizations in the Birmingham, AL area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Samford University and a Master of Arts Degree in English from the University of Rochester.

Vincent Siragusa is a Grants Development Consultant with Grants Office, LLC. Grants Office provides innovative grants development services that enable corporations, municipalities and nonprofit organizations to maximize their grant initiatives. Vince provides grant research and consultation to a variety of municipalities and public safety organizations across the country. He is a regular author and presenter for issues focused on funding public safety and homeland security and is a monthly columnist for the Grants Office FUNDED newsletter.
