Michael Paddock

Mr. Paddock has been involved in grants development since 1993. In that time he has consulted with hundreds of state and local governments, nonprofits, and corporations around the United States. Michael served from 1996-2001 on the US Interagency Electronic Grants Committee's State and Local Sub-committee and he helped found the New York State E-Grants project. Michael is a regular contributor to a wide range of publications, including the award-winning HSToday, and he is a featured speaker at many national conferences specializing in homeland security.
