Technology Grants Consultation Request*
*This form is to initiate funding research and consultation. This is not a grant application. Consultation requests are currently being accepted for the period of 10/20/2022 – 3 /31/2023. All consultations and support for this period must be completed by 4/30/2023.
Instructions:
- Getting Started: Provide your name and email address to open the form. You will then be taken to the online Technology Grants Consultation Request form.
- Complete the Form: Be as thorough as possible to help our consultants best match the grant opportunities to your needs. Digitally sign the acknowledgement letter. Note: Please provide your HP Account Manager or Channel Partner name. If you do not have an assigned Account Manager, submit the form without it. We will look it up for you.
- Watch your Email: Within 7-10 business days from your request, you will receive your customized Grants Funding Opportunities Guide, cataloging the federal, state, and foundation funding opportunities available.
- Consultation Call: The HP Grants Program Concierge will reach out to you to schedule a follow-up call to review the findings and determine next steps.
